Cancellations & Reschedules • Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 25–50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. 🚫 No-Shows • If you do not show up for your appointment and no notice is given, a 50–100% no-show fee may apply. • After 1 no-show, I may require a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments. 💳 Deposits • For longer services (like color, balayage, or corrective work), I may request a $25–$50 deposit, which goes toward your service total. • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show. 💡 Why This Policy?
